Applying for vocational education and training

The application period is 18 Feb – 18 March at 15.00 for whole programs in vocational education and training. During the year there are several application periods for partial qualifications in the rolling admission.

The application process is two-stage, and the students are selected on the basis of admission and aptitude tests.

Applicants leaving primary school in 2025 and others within compulsory education:

• Apply in joint application.
• In addition, please fill in the Pop & Jazz Conservatory’s application system.

Other applicants:

• You can only apply using the Pop & Jazz Conservatory’s application form, the so-called rolling admission. Do not apply in a joint application.
• You may also have post-secondary education or qualifications, such as upper secondary school, a basic vocational qualification, another vocational qualification, a completed upper secondary school course, a university degree or equivalent qualification, or education abroad.
• Applicants graduating from high school in spring 2025 will also apply only through the Pop & Jazz Conservatory’s application form in the so-called continuous application.
