DAJ (päivä pohjoisfriisissä) is a group of three musicians from different cultural backgrounds: Finnish, British and German. We play a wide variety of genres from different cultures, including Irish jigs, Latin-inspired RnB, Japanese and Nordic folk music, and video game music; there’s a lot to listen to and something for everyone. We stand out from other bands with our unique line-up of two flutes and electric bass, creating a completely unique soundscape unlike any other. Welcome to experience it!

An ensemble of top Finnish musicians, whose musicians are also familiar from the Linnaeus Festival. The experienced line-up has its own unique sound and sparkling energy on stage! The band’s versatile soloist Eero Saunamäki captivates with his bright stage charisma and takes the audience to the atmosphere and memories of the 1990s.
