Applying for vocational education and training
We are organising a call for applications for vocational training 6. – 14.8.2025. You can apply for a place in the music field of the Bachelor of Music degree to complete the whole degree, with either keyboards/piano or electric bass as the instrument. See application instructions (link to application instructions) and complete the application (linkto application) by 14 August at 23.59.
In 2025, the following part-degrees will still be open for Rolling admission, with studies starting in the spring semester 2026:
Application deadline 1.9. – 15.11. at 15.00
Songwriting, 15 credits
Composing, 15 credits
Arranging and playing, 15 credits
Using a sound system, 15 credits
The application period for all vocational education and training qualifications for vocational education and training starting in August 2025 was 18.2.-18.3.2025.
The application process is two-stage, and the students are selected on the basis of admission and aptitude tests.

Applicants leaving primary school in 2025 and others within compulsory education:
- Apply in joint application.
- In addition, please fill in the Pop & Jazz Conservatory’s application system.
Other applicants:
- You can only apply using the Pop & Jazz Conservatoire’s application form, the so-called Rolling admission. Do not apply in a joint application.
- You may also have post-secondary education or qualifications, such as upper secondary school, a basic vocational qualification, another vocational qualification, a completed upper secondary school course, a university degree or equivalent qualification, or education abroad.
- Applicants graduating from high school in spring 2025 will also apply only through the Pop & Jazz Conservatory’s application form in the so-called Rolling Admission.
